The SARO FRY TOP 760 griddle is designed for professional use in restaurants, commercial kitchens, takeaway outlets, food trucks and high-traffic kitchen areas. Its particularly large smooth cooking surface makes it ideal for businesses with high frying and grilling volumes.

The appliance is made from stainless steel and designed for continuous use in professional kitchens. The smooth cooking plate, measuring W 830 x D 400 mm, provides a generous working area for preparing larger quantities or different products at the same time.

The three cooking zones enable flexible and efficient use of the cooking surface. Different foods can therefore be prepared in parallel or different temperature areas can be used. The temperature range from 0 to +300 °C provides sufficient performance for intensive frying and consistent results.

The stainless-steel splash guard on three sides protects the work area from grease splashes and supports clean working practices. The removable grease collection tray simplifies cleaning and ensures practical handling in daily operation.
