The SARO BWS-10 heated banquet trolley with an integrated steam and water-tank system is the ideal solution for professionally keeping food warm and transporting it gently. In institutional catering, event catering and commercial kitchens in particular, this model stands out for its even distribution of humidity and temperature.

The housing and interior are made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring hygienic use in daily operation. Thanks to the combination of heat and a five-stage steam system, food is not only kept warm but also remains moist and retains its quality.

The integrated water tank with a capacity of 2.5 litres supports humidity regulation inside the cabinet. The temperature can be set precisely within a range of +30 °C to +85 °C, providing optimum conditions for food service.

The door opens by up to 270° and is self-closing, making everyday handling significantly easier. All-round impact protection shields the appliance from damage during daily use.

With 10 runners for GN 1/1 containers, the trolley provides ample capacity for larger quantities of food. Four smooth-running castors, two of which are fitted with brakes, ensure maximum mobility and a secure standing position.
