Heated banquet trolley with steam and water reservoir Saro BWS-15

The SARO BWS-15 heated banquet trolley with an integrated steam and water-tank system is a high-capacity solution for professionally keeping large quantities of food warm and transporting them. It is ideal for catering, hotels and commercial kitchens where consistent quality and efficient workflows are essential.

The housing and interior are made of high-quality stainless steel, providing optimum conditions for hygienic working. By combining heat with a five-stage steam system, food is kept evenly warm while being protected against drying out.

The integrated water tank with a capacity of 2.5 litres supports humidity regulation and helps maintain consistent food quality. The temperature can be set precisely within a range of +30 °C to +85 °C.

The door opens by up to 270° and is self-closing, ensuring convenient and safe handling in daily operation. All-round impact protection reliably protects the appliance from damage.

With 15 runners for GN 1/1 containers, the trolley offers particularly high capacity and is ideal for large events and high serving volumes. Four smooth-running castors, two of which are fitted with brakes, allow easy and safe mobility.
