Heated banquet trolley with steam and water reservoir Saro BWS-20

The SARO BWS-20 heated banquet trolley with an integrated steam and water-tank system is the ideal solution for professionally keeping very large quantities of food warm and transporting them. It has been specially developed for commercial kitchens, catering operations and institutional food service where maximum capacity and consistent quality are required.

The housing and interior are made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring hygienic use and a long service life. By combining heat with a five-stage steam system, food is kept evenly warm while being protected against drying out.

The integrated water tank with a capacity of 2.5 litres supports humidity regulation and creates optimum conditions inside the cabinet. The temperature can be set precisely within a range of +30 °C to +85 °C.

The door opens by up to 270° and is self-closing, making everyday handling significantly easier. All-round impact protection reliably protects the appliance from damage during daily use.

With 20 runners for GN 1/1 containers, the trolley offers particularly high capacity and is ideal for large events and high serving volumes. Four smooth-running castors, two of which are fitted with brakes, provide maximum mobility and a secure standing position.
