Induction hob 8 kW Saro AKIM

The SARO induction hobs and induction hotplates are suitable for professional use in restaurants, buffet areas, catering operations, front cooking and other kitchen areas. Depending on the version, they can be used for cooking, heating or keeping food warm and provide a flexible solution for different work and serving situations.

Many models feature a stainless steel housing and glass cooking surface. This provides a robust, easy-care construction suitable for everyday commercial use. Induction technology enables rapid and direct heat transfer to suitable cookware.

Depending on the model, operation is via touchscreen, rotary control, LED display or LCD display. Multiple power levels, timer functions, temperature controls and overheating protection support controlled use in kitchen operations. Individual models are also equipped with additional safety functions.

The product range includes countertop appliances, built-in induction plates, double hobs and wok induction hobs. Depending on the model, power, number of cooking zones, pot or pan diameter, control concept and area of use vary. Suitable versions are therefore available for compact buffet solutions, high-performance cooking stations or specialised wok applications.
