Saladette Saro S 902 PRO

The SARO saladettes are suitable for the organised preparation, refrigeration and provision of ingredients in restaurants, takeaway outlets, pizzerias, snack areas and professional kitchens. They combine refrigerated storage in the lower section with a practical working and topping area above, thereby supporting efficient workflows during food preparation.

The housing and interior are made from stainless steel and designed for daily use in commercial kitchens. The polyethylene cutting board provides a usable work surface directly on the appliance. The telescopic sliding lid protects the upper topping area and allows quick access to the inserted GN containers. Depending on the model, the appliance is supplied without GN containers.

For storage in the interior, the saladettes feature height-adjustable shelves and matching support-rail sets depending on the version. Copeland digital temperature control supports precise monitoring of the refrigeration temperature. The evaporator foamed into three sides, fan-assisted refrigeration and automatic defrosting ensure practical use during ongoing kitchen operation.

The models are available in different widths and with one, two or three doors. Depending on the version, they differ in topping configurations, number of shelves, refrigeration type, refrigerant, connected load, energy consumption and external dimensions. This allows the appropriate saladette to be selected according to the available space, working method and required capacity.
