The SARO accessory discs and grids are designed for the CARUS and TITUS vegetable cutters and extend the range of applications in professional preparation kitchens.

The range includes grating discs, slicing discs, julienne discs, French-fry grids, dicing grids and a Parmesan disc. Depending on the version, these produce different sliced, grated, julienne or diced results.
